Since the year of its foundation, Aref have been strongly committed in submitting its activities to a constant monitoring and assessment.
Our Institutional Journeys are aimed to analyze the requests coming from the local representative as well as the progress state of the ongoing projects and to check if the original needs that originated the request of Long Distance Sponsorship are still in place or have been satisfied.
On a yearly basis Aref international organizes journeys to India offering donors and volunteers the unique opportunity to:
- visit the places where the Tibetan refugees live in exile
- understand the local culture
- see if there are other needs that can be met
- gather material for videos and photograph exhibits
